Last week, I had the opportunity to host a Lightning Talk at Knowit Experience Gothenburg, introducing the team to the basics of ML.NET and how to get started with machine learning.

ML.NET is a cross-platform, open-source machine learning framework for .NET developers. It allows you to create custom ML models using C# without having to leave the familiar .NET ecosystem.

I demonstrated a simple example of building a regression model based on the example I covered in this article, some examples of other trainer types and the discussion afterward was engaging, with a lot of interest in how ML.NET could be applied to our current projects.
