A proactive mindset: Next level customer care

I wrote an article for Norce.io sharing the journey we've made this year towards adopting a proactive mindset when maintaining the health and well-being of our services!

In the past 6 months our integration team has refined our monitoring strategy, created better dashboards, alarms, and introduced systematic troubleshooting processes. The results? A 90% drop in number of errors in our integration services.
